I am from Solukhumbu District in Nepal! south of Everest. I belong to a Sherpa family.
It is my great pleasure to introduce the ‘Beyond Himalayas Adventure ‘ trekking and mountaineering company based in the United States. Beyond Himalayas Adventure is an idea to share with the world our passion for adventure and bringing the mountains and adventure travel to you in a way you want to experience them with the aim of giving back to the rural communities.
My mission is to follow our Sherpa traditions of hospitality and welcome you to share our Himalayas, cultures, traditions, rituals and to deliver the best travel services to my valued clients and friends so you can experience these fantastic adventures in the best possible way in the Himalayas and beyond.

Julian Fok is a professional commercial and adventure photographer and videographer, based out of Vancouver, Canada. His passion for climbing and capturing images collided in the Himalayas on his first trek to Everest Base Camp. He now trains for climbing bigger mountains and reaching a wider audience with his work. As a media partner of Beyond Himalayas Adventure, Julian strives to share the experiences of the treks and expeditions through his lens.
Phura Geljen Sherpa is a professional guide, leader and well experienced mountaineer looking forward to share his experiences and create similar adventurous Himalayan pursuits through his very own ‘Adventure Sherpa Tracks’ adventure company.
He is from beautiful Panggom village at Everest region and since early days of his upbringing, he was very much influenced by hundreds of travel nomads and western mountaineers who embark in for Himalayan adventures miles away from their home.
Phura Geljen Sherpa currently holds a highest international guide certification awarded by International Federation of Mountain Guide Association (IFMGA).
Regarding his major summits, he has already been at Everest summit 5 times, Cho-Oyu 1 time, Kanchenjunga 2 times, Shisapangma 1 time, Amadablam 5 times, Tacul 1 time and Augilla De Laptse 1 time.
With more than 15 years of professional experience in trekking and mountaineering field, you will surely have the best of adventures around Himalayas in safest and perfect way possible.
